Covid Precautions
By the time Dragonmeet will be due to start, Covid will have been a part of our lives for the best part of two years, and given it's ongoing refusal to go away, we have a number of protocols in place to deal with the issues.  These will of course be changed if there are changes in the governments ongoing strategy, so while these are effective as of the end of September, we do reserve the right to change these protocols as required.
 Mask Protocols
We know that masks are no longer required for everyday interactions, but after the success of UK Games Expo this year and the increased number of visitors, we are mandating that all attendees to the convention should be wearing masks unless they have an exemption.  If you are playing in a game or at a demonstration in one of the seated areas, it will be the discretion of the person running the game or demonstration as to whether or not the mask is still required while playing that game or demonstration.  We ask that everyone respect the choice of the game runner or demonstrator, but if there is an issue, please see our team on the front desk.
 Covid Pass Protocols
We will be requiring that all attendees to the convention have a valid Covid pass to attend.  This can be obtained here.

As of publishing this, a Covid Pass can be obtained by any of the following methods:

1: Being fully Vaccinated
2: A Negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test carried out the day before (these passes are only valid for 48 hours, so please ensure you have enough time to attend the event when you take the test)
3: A positive PCR test within the last 180 days

After international enquiries, we will also be accepting full vaccination papers from any country operating a recognised vaccine program.  We want to ensure that anyone who wants to come to the convention is able to do so if they've made the correct provisions.

Passes can be presented digitally or on paper, if you do not have a pass when you attend the convention, there will be no provision for you to take a test while on site and you will be refused entry till you can provide a valid Covid Pass. We cannot guarantee that free lateral flow tests will be available at the time of the convention, but will update this as soon as the prevailing guidance changes.
Refund Policy
If you're coming to the show as an attendee, we understand that the Omicron variant has given a lot of people cause for concern and our primary aim at this show is for those attending to have a good time.  With this in mind, our refund policy is that up to the point where we close ticket sales (midday on the Second of December), anyone who wants a refund for their ticket can ask for one and it will be given, no questions, no issues.  After the online ticketing has been closed and the attendance lists have been printed, we are assuming that anyone who has not already cancelled will be intending to come to the show.
