Game: Who the hell is Sarah Connor
System: Terminator RPG
Description: It is 2041 - Skynet's mainframe has finally been smashed, the AI is done, finished... But in a last ditch attempt to stave off extinction it activated the prototype Time Displacement Equipment and sent back a lone Terminator to the past of May 12th 1984, Location: LA.
Grizzled old Tech-Com Captain Kyle Reese needs volunteers for a mission to the past, to stop the metal killer before it completes its mission, but who is its target? Who is important enough for Skynet to target as its final hope of survival?
Tech-com historians have one clue, a piece of old microfiche film from the archives. There was a spate of killings on May 13th 1984, carried out by a serial killer dubbed by the media of the time as "The Phone Book Killer", who was responsible for the killing of three women all named Sarah Connor. The final victim, a 19 Year-old waitress was killed in a night club called Tech Noir at 8.35pm. The killer was never found, and we don't know what he looks like, but as this was the last victim she must have been important somehow. Reese has no clue who she is, but maybe keeping her alive will make a difference, end the war earlier perhaps. Who knows? But the mission is yours to complete. You go back naked, and it's a one way trip, so don't mess it up.

All you need do first is check in with some crooked lawyers, they’ll tell you all you need to know about the contract. After that the money is as good as yours! Assuming, of course, that none of your “friends” get in the way…
Knowledge of Harry Potter, Angel, Preacher, and John Wick and other pro killer fiction may be useful.
