When you have booked your space, please use the UPLOAD FORM on the right to provide a print resolution layered version and a web ready jpg of your logo. If you are providing adverts or banners please also use the upload form.

Passes should be collected from the relevant hall manager (Jude (Rocket) Upper, Tracey (Viking) Lower)
All stands are required to remain open till 18:00 even if all stock has been sold. If you have an emergency that requires you to leave the hall, advise Jude on the Upper Halls, Tracey in the Lower Halls, or John
The NOVOTEL LONDON WEST is a fantastic modern multi-purpose exhibition space with movable walls and extensive facilities. We have extended the event to cover the entirety of Novotel West London in Hammersmith
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Dragonmeet offers a full and immediate refund policy on all stands that are cancelled prior to the bookings being closed as we may still be able to find other traders to fill the pitches that have been vacated. All stands have now been booked, but there is a waiting list in the event of cancellations. Stands can be cancelled up to the 31st of October without penalty, and after that time, we will investigate if there are other traders on the reserve list who could take the booking, and if the booking can be transferred to another trader, we will immediately refund the trader that wishes to cancel.
If the booking cannot be transferred and there are no other traders wanting to take the space, there will be no refund issued. As always, we will work with traders where we can. Please email John@dragonmeet.co.uk if you have any issues.

Clear Stand Positions are Basic - These are £175 per stand, including table and two chairs
Red Stand Positions are Superior - These are £200 per stand, including two tables and two chairs
Black Stand Positions are Associate Sponsors - These are £250 per stand, including two tables and two chairs.
